Our new high-performance big packing facility enables a full automatic filling of granular products in bags or big bags.
Automatc scales fill 5 to 25 kg bags as well as up to 1 ton big bags.
Control scales check the bag weight and document each weight.
All bags are labelled automatically, Private Labelling is possible.
After labelling the bags are piled on pallets and laminated by an automatic winder.
To exclude metal contamination a metal separator is installed in the filling facility. Further we can x-ray the grains to avoid contamination by stones, glass, etc.
