STYRIA APPLE-BALSAMICO VINEGAR NATURAL AND VARIETIES

Origin and importance:

The basic products for all our different vinegar specialties are old, regional kind of apples from controlled organic cultivation.

Apple becomes vinegar:

The apples are pressed to fresh apple juice, which first of all get fermented to a very tasty must. In a second step this must gets fermented to high quality vinegar by means of modern technologies. To mature the vinegar gets stored in wooden barrels. The advantage of this storage is that wood absorbs fluctuation of temperature which makes the vinegar taste so good. When the storage process is finished the vinegar gets mixed with an organic apple juice concentrate. The result of this mixture is our unique Apple-Balsamico Vinegar with its matchless, fruity and sweet taste.

Vinegar varieties:

For our herb-flavored vinegars apple-basil and apple-lemon thyme the vinegar is set with fresh herbs from the region.

For our tasty apple-balsamico-raspberry and apple-balsamico-plum vinegar organic raspberry and plum juice concentrate are added.

To produce apple-honey vinegar we refine our vinegar with fresh honey of the region.

For all our tasty vinegars we do neither use preservatives nor synthetic flavors. We guarantee the diligent and gentle processing of all our products according to strict organic guidelines (control number: AT-BIO-902)

Since our vinegars are real natural products cloudiness of the content is possible.

We offer our vinegars in bottles to 0,25 l and 0,50 l, 5 l in bag in box, or in big bags to 200 und 1000 l.

We are happy to produce your products also with your own label and in your preferred package size.
